Alexander M. Bottone

Alex Bottone is an associate attorney who practices exclusively in the area of Marital and Family Law, representing clients in matters related to dissolution of marriage, paternity, and post-judgment modifications and enforcements. 

Mr. Bottone is a double-Gator, having obtained his B.A. from the University of Florida in 2015 and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2019.  

Mr. Bottone is an active member in the Tampa Bay family law community, currently serving on the Executive Council of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Marital & Family Law Section, and currently a member of the Stann Givens Inn of Court of Tampa Bay and of Next Generation Divorce.

Mr. Bottone is also active with the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, currently serving on the executive board of the Children’s Issues Committee, the Continuing Legal Education Committee, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Mr. Bottone was also selected to become a member of the Legislative Committee starting with the 2023-2024 Bar year.

In his free time, Mr. Bottone enjoys traveling and spending time with his dog Bailey.
