Zachary L. Bayne has practiced exclusively in the area of Marital and Family Law for his entire career. Zach attended Stetson University College of Law where he was awarded the Presidential Scholarship, which is a full merit scholarship plus stipend, as well as awarded the William F. Blues award for his extensive pro bono efforts. While still in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Caroline Tesche-Arkin while she was on the family law bench. Zach then began clerking for a prestigious Tampa Bay law firm, handling complex family law matters, where he ultimately became a partner before founding Probasco Singer Bayne.
Prior to law school, Zach attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign where he graduated with honors. During college he was a whitewater raft guide on the Chattooga River. Zach was awarded a grant to perform research regarding the water quality issues on the Chattooga River, which is a nationally protected wild and scenic river. His research was published in the journal of DNA and Cell Biology and has subsequently been cited by numerous additional studies.
Zach has extensive experience litigating and trying complex family law matters; however, he is solution oriented with the primary goal of positioning his clients to be in the best situation possible as they move on to the next chapter of their life. He understands that going through a family law matter is a tremendously stressful time in his clients’ lives, and he prides himself on his level of communication and attention to his clients.

Outside of work, Zach spends his time with his wife, Amelia, their three young daughters, and their dog Zeke.
