Eliane ("Ellie") Probasco is an accomplished attorney who has made her mark in the field of marital and family law. She has practiced exclusively in the area of marital and family law in the Tampa Bay area since her admission to the Florida Bar in 2002.  With a J.D. from Florida State University, Ellie's extensive involvement in legal organizations showcases her commitment to excellence.

Ellie has a deep understanding of the nuances and complexities of what it takes to address her client's needs. Ellie shares, “If I can help someone through this difficult time, if I can help someone see there is life after family law litigation, I have done my job.”

Ellie has been recognized by several legal publications including Florida Super Lawyers®, Best Lawyers®, and Florida Trend’s Legal Elite®.

Most recently, after practicing marital and family law for over 20 years, Ellie earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University in 2024. Ellie believes an advanced degree in mental health will allow her to more fully understand the emotional needs of her clients.

When Ellie is not practicing law, she is actively engaged in various legal organizations, including:

  • The Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association
  • The Stann W. Givens Family Law American Inn of Court of Tampa
