Andrew Ferguson has exclusively practiced marital and family law since his admission to the Florida Bar in 2025. Andrew received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. During his time at Stetson, he obtained the highest-grade achievement in Florida Civil Procedure.
Prior to attending law school, Andrew earned his B.S. from the Florida State University. Andrew is a native of Tampa, Florida and is proud to return to the Tampa Bay area to practice law. While in law school, Andrew worked as a law clerk for a marital and family law firm in St. Petersburg, Florida where he gained invaluable experience in the field.
Andrew understands the unique challenges clients face in family law proceedings, and he strives to reduce the emotional and financial strain of litigation by resolving matters amicably. However, when such resolution is not possible, Andrew is dedicated to advocating for his clients with thoughtful attention to their needs and concerns.
He is also passionate about domestic violence injunctions; working to secure protection for victims and protect the reputation of those wrongfully accused.
Andrew’s practice includes divorce litigation, domestic violence injunctions, enforcement and contempt proceedings, marital agreements, alimony, child support, timesharing, and custody disputes.
